Currently I am working fulltime as a medical assistant. My husband and I will celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary on June 30th. We have 4 chilren, and 5 grandchildren. I love animal and have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Although my favorite pet is a miniture pot belly pig, I have owned several.

What is your favourite food?

I can eat Mexican food every day.

Yellow is my favorite color. It is bright and cheerful. Who could be depressed in a yellow room.

What is your favourite sound?

I love soft rock. It has meaning to it.

That's hard to answer. My husband is important to me, but so are my children and grandchildren. I really can't say who is my favorite.

What is your favourite place?

Gatlinburg, TN is my favorite place. I love to go there.

What is your favourite memory?

Playing outside during the summer as a young child. We would play in the water, then go inside and get cleaned up for lunch. Momma would then place us on blankets in the livingroom under the cool of the air condition and darken the room. It was a wonderful feeling. Even now when I hear the sound of a window airconditioner it lulls me to sleep.

What is your favourite article of clothing?

A dress. I love dresses. They make me feel feminine

I am a people person. During my work as a nurse I have made my patients not only glad they came, but feel they are being taken well care of.

What is the least favourite quality about yourself?

I have a tendency to get depressed really easily.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?

HAWAII. I would love to spend time on the island of Hawaii. From the pictures I've seen it really looks beautiful.

What inspires you to write and why?

I started writing as a release from my depression, although I have wanted to write all my life. When an idea pops into my head, I write.

What is your favourite book and why?

Sinful. It is the most romantic book I have ever read.

What is your favourite genre and why?

Historical Romance. When I read a romance novel I am the main character and it takes me away.

List your three favourite authors (any genre) and why?

VC Andrews, Daniel Steel, and Nora Roberts. They are awesome. Their books stay in my mind.

What do you think makes a writer successful?

When the books you write leave an impression on the reader, you've done your job.

Whta is it that makes you successful as a writer?

I love to write. It has been a part of my soul for as long as I can remember.

If you have published a book, tell us about your publishing success (title, publishing date and company, where it is available to purcahse).

CRUEL LOVE and SHATTERED IMAGE, both are published by Publishamerica.com. You can purchase my books there or on Amazon.com. At one time you could purchase it on Barnesandnoble.com I guess you still can.

My most recent release, LOVE'S DENIAL can be ordered from Shadowrosepublishing.com, Amazon.com., and Allromanceebooks.com.

How long did it take you to write your book(s)?

I guess it took me about a month on each to get a rough draft. I can usually write a book in a couple of weeks it that's all I do.

What would you do differently if you could repeat the same publishing experience?

I don't suppose I would have done anything different.

What have you learned about the publishing world?

It is a tough business and not for the weak of heart.

This is your chance to 'Talk Back' to your readers. What would you like to say to them?

I would like honesty first. Tell me what you think. I want my writing to be perfect, so I need honesty.

What's the one thing that you want them to know about your writing?

My writing comes from my imagination. I have had several people ask me if Cruel Love was inspired by anything in my life. (It was my wife abuse drama). No it wasn't. I write because I love to write and everything is pure imagination.
