I'm single. Born, raised and still reside in Perth, Western Australia I play poker whenever I get the chance, and when I'm not writing I spend time with family and friends.

I'm a multimedia designer/technical writer/copywriter.

Wine and cheese

On Writing by Stephen King - it is by far the best book about the writing process I have ever read.

Action/Thrillers - it's what I write

Stephen King, Jeffrey Deaver, Nelson DeMille

What do you think makes a writer successful?

Persistence, creativity, plenty of red wine

Whta is it that makes you successful as a writer?

the ability to write in a cinematic style.

What are your goals as a writer?

To have as many people as possible read my books

What is the best tip you can give to fellow writers?

Never give up

What do you hope to provide your readers with through your writing?

A high octane thrill ride!

My first book, The Guide to Creating Unique and Unusual Baby Names sold around 6000 copies in Australia, USA and Canada.

My second foray was a comic - The Ridiculous Bugman.

My Novel, The Trojan Device, is being published by Twilight Times Books. It is a super fast-paced Action Thriller!!

How long did it take you to write your book(s)?

3 months (baby name book)
6 months (comic)
1 year (The Trojan Device)
2 years so far (my next novel)

What would you do differently if you could repeat the same publishing experience?

Send out more manuscripts, be more persistent, start 20 years earlier

What have you learned about the publishing world?

it's cut-throat and very, very slow...

I sweat blood over my books and spend hours and gruelling hours putting words on the page.
