A Weed Amongst the Roses How long did it take you to write your book(s)? It took me a summer to write my book, but I had been working on it since High School. As a teen I started some journals, found them one summer, laughed as I read them, and thought, this could make a book. And IT DID! What would you do differently if you could repeat the same publishing experience? I would know how to write in the form that the publishing company expects. Going through and proof reading, editing, back spacing, OH MY!! Know what to do. What have you learned about the publishing world? Don't expect anything done tomorrow. Patience is a wonderful vertue and believe me it pays off. This is your chance to 'Talk Back' to your readers. What would you like to say to them? Please give the book a try. It speaks to the down in spirit, the one who thinks that no one understands. You'll laugh, cry and laugh again. What's the one thing that you want them to know about your writing? It's from the heart. Everything you read or take from this book was supposed to be there. Enjoy!!!! |
