Tell us a bit about yourself. What would you like us to know about you?

I am a mother of 3 living with multiple sclerosis.

What are you doing now? (Career? Married? Single? Children? Pets?)

I work with children in Oologah Oklahoma home of Will Rogers. The kids are a great influence on my life and I hope to be the same for them. Teaching is an awesome responsibility.

What is your favourite food?

I love just about anything that loves me. My weight is about 240 and I am my doctors worst nightmare. But food is food man and I love it. However just recently I was in the hospital with a heart scare so I am sporting the AHA diet and to my doctors delight have lost a few.

What is your favourite colour?

I love red and purple.

What is your favourite sound?

I love the sound of children singing. Its a pure sound.

My daughter. She is a pillar of strength. She is my advocate in life. I love her so much.

Ireland and Scotland. However, I have never been there before.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto them, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me.

What is your most favourite quality about yourself?

I can take life with a grain of salt or sugar which ever my mood taketh me I guess.

What is the least favourite quality about yourself?

I trust people way too much, however, if you don't give people a little faith, you may miss out on their best quailities.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?

Like I said Ireland or Scotland and see those beautiful meadows, art and all history.

What inspires you to write and why?

TO KILL A MOCKING BIRD. I love the symbolism and it was the first one I ever read on my own.

New favorite:John Grisham my dad has me hooked on him recently. Always trust your daddy.

What do you think makes a writer successful?

I think it is his audience and the fact that if you use great attention getters in your story from the beginning to the end, you have successfully captured your reader.

Whta is it that makes you successful as a writer?

I believe in my book and my audience. The book is from the heart. How can anything from the heart be bad?

What are your goals as a writer?

I want to continue writing books ment to encourage youth. The world is a hard place. We need all the help we can get, and I want to be a part of the solutions in life, not the problems.

Love your reader and love what you do. When you write, make it interesting to yourself as you write the story. If your bored with the plot, how can you be successful?

How long did it take you to write your book(s)?

It took me a summer to write my book, but I had been working on it since High School. As a teen I started some journals, found them one summer, laughed as I read them, and thought, this could make a book. And IT DID!

What would you do differently if you could repeat the same publishing experience?

I would know how to write in the form that the publishing company expects. Going through and proof reading, editing, back spacing, OH MY!! Know what to do.

What have you learned about the publishing world?

Don't expect anything done tomorrow. Patience is a wonderful vertue and believe me it pays off.

This is your chance to 'Talk Back' to your readers. What would you like to say to them?

Please give the book a try. It speaks to the down in spirit, the one who thinks that no one understands. You'll laugh, cry and laugh again.
I also want to know what you think. You can email me anytime. Musicmomma2@wmconnect.com I would love to hear from you.

What's the one thing that you want them to know about your writing?

It's from the heart. Everything you read or take from this book was supposed to be there. Enjoy!!!!
